We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom.

Processing times
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Delivery times
Standard UK delivery usually takes approximately 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, bank holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Orders over £25 qualify for free UK delivery where the offer is available.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Missing or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate with the delivery provider.
